Analyze Season Statistics
In order to view and analyze season statistics easier, please use PC or tablet with larger screen size.
However you can still take a quick look at them by using your phone at any time any where.
Please login with the user Id belongs to this team.
On the home page, clicks the "Season Statistics" button.
Season Statistics aggregates all the data of matches recorded during this season.
Here you can analyze how the how team and each individual player does through the season.
By default, the statistics of current season is displayed. You can always select an old season to analyze it.
"Team Statistics" tab give you a side by side quick summary between your team and all other the opponent teams.
Here you can click any one of the numbers except the passes if you are interested in it.
Let's say you click the "84" of "Goal" of Demo team.
On the Match Trend sub tab,
- You can choose the type of activity you want to analyze
On the left side of screen, it lists all the matches with the numbers of our team and opponent team displayed side by side in this season.
On the right side of screen, a line chart displays the trend of this activity in this season.
In this sample graph, we can see a steady 5 weeks decline of goals between June and July although we cannot see the same pattern in shots.
On the Attacking sub tab,
- It lists all the attacking activities among Zone 13 and Zone 24 in this season
It analyzes how many goals and how these goals were scored in this season.
It shows this team did very well in 2016 season not only by the number of goals scored, but also in variety of ways such as free kick, cross, and corner etc.
It is not very surprised to see that the whole team scored zero header because only one girl within this U13 team tried hard to score a header in the last 2 or 3 matches.
- It analyzes how many shots and how these shots were taken
- It lists all the defending activities among Zone 13 and Zone 24 by the opponent team
On the Defending sub tab,
It lists all the defending activities among Zone 1 and Zone 12 in this season.
- It lists all the attacking activities among Zone 1 and Zone 12 by the opponent team
It analyzes how many goals and how these goals were scored by the opponent team.
Although this team had very successful 2016 season with only 17 goals scored by the opponent teams,
more practices needed for defending as a whole team because 38% goals (23% cross + 17% by free kick) were
scored while shots by these two activities were only 19% (9% by cross + 10% by free kick).
- It analyzes how many shots and how these shots were taken by the opponent team
On the Player Percentage sub tab,
On the left side of screen, a sorted list of players who performed this activity from most to least is displayed as tabular format.
It is very easy to figure out who are the top players within the team in terms of this particular activity.
On the right side of screen, a doughnut chart displays the same information in a more visualized way.
You can choose and see the number of other activities.
All the charts and table information will be refreshed based on your selection.
You can also analyze the performance of each individual player by clicking the name in the left table.
On the Zone sub tab,
It displays the zones where selected activity happened during the season. By looking at this Shot activity picture,
this team seemed take too many shots in Zone 18 and Zone 19, actually more shots than those in Zone 22 and Zone 23 where most goals are scored.
As we can see from Goal activity picture, only 20% of goals scored in Zone 18 and Zone 19, while remaining 80% of them scored in Zone 22 and Zone 23.
This team should be more patient and pass the ball into Zone 22 and Zone 23.
On the Time Breakdown sub tab,
It gives clear view how team performed in each third of each half or period.
In season 2016 this team played three 25 minutes matches, so
- First Third of each period is first 8 minutes
- Second Third of each period is from minute 9 to minute 16
- Remaining Third of each period is from minute 17 to the end of this period
"Player Breakdown" tab give you a dashboard view on the performance of each individual player in this season.
You can click the Activity name such as Goal, Shot, Clear etc to sort the players in descending order.
By sorting different activities, you can actually find out quite some very useful information. For example:
Please click the name of player if you are interested in analyzing her performance.
Player "Demo 11 Player 11" is not only the #1 scorer within this team, but also the most efficient scorer.
This player scored 23 goals with just 49 shot/attempts. That is amazing 47% ratio. She scored one goal for every two shots.
Player "Demo 5 Player 5" is one of the best defenders as the total number of Clear, Block, and Interception is
the highest within the team. Yet she is a very smart defender because she does not tackle too often.
Player "Demo 2 Player 2" is a very good winger as she crossed almost half of the team.
